The Ōtaki Medical Centre it’s a well established family friendly practice with an experienced team of clinicians and administrators who’s only focus is the wellbeing of the Ōtaki community. We are dedicated to providing you with the very best care and a wide range of services. Included in our General Practice are acute assessments, annual diabetes reviews and education, immunisations, biopsies, long term conditions clinic, flu vaccinations and an annual free spot check clinic.

The practice is privately owned and supported by 4 GP’s, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 6 Nurses and an administration team here to support your needs. Our practice is continuously evolving and we welcome comments and suggestions on how we can do things better.

  • New Clinicians

    The Ōtaki Medical Centre is preparing to farewell Nurse Practitioner Donna Mason.

    Donna has been with us for a year which was always her intention. She is heading back to Palmerston North and will continue to practice in that area. We wish her all the best.

    We are currently working with 2 prospective GP’s, 1 to replace Donna and an additional GP to provide better access for our community. Watch this space, hopefully, they will be with us soon.

    Briefly CORNERSTONE is an accreditation programme specifically designed by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners for general practices in New Zealand. Accreditation is a self – assessment and external peer review process used by health care organisations to accurately assess their level of performance in relation to established standards.
