You can book online or phone the service to arrange a virtual consultation with a clinician (doctor, nurse practitioner or nurse).
This service is available from 5.00pm – 8.30am on weekdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends and public holidays.
Ka Ora Telecare is for people living rurally, or those visiting a rural location. If you are unsure if you are eligible, we will advise you when you contact the service.
