Bank Account: 01-0721-0057023-02
When making an online payment, please use your full name and date of birth as the payment reference.
If an account is not paid on the day of your consultation and an invoice needs to be issued, an administration fee may be added to cover processing and postage costs.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty or require assistance with payment arrangements, please speak with our Administration Manager. We are happy to discuss payment options where appropriate.
ACC Consultation Charges
ACC contributes towards the cost of treatment for injury-related consultations; however, it does not cover the full cost of your appointment. As a result, patients are required to pay a surcharge for ACC consultations.
In most cases, the patient charge is similar to the fee for a standard consultation. Please refer to our current Schedule of Fees displayed at Reception or ask a member of our team for further information.
Outstanding Accounts
Payment is expected at the time of your consultation.
If your account remains unpaid for more than two months and no payment arrangement has been made with our Administration Manager, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery.
Any fees or costs incurred as part of the debt collection process will be added to the outstanding balance and will be the responsibility of the account holder.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible. We are happy to discuss suitable payment arrangements where appropriate.
Automatic payments and internet banking are convenient options for managing your account. Our reception team can assist you in setting up an automatic payment if required.
If you would like a copy of our Payment Policy or current Schedule of Fees, please ask at Reception.
Financial Assistance
Patients experiencing financial hardship may be eligible for assistance through Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ). Our staff can provide information on available options, or you can contact WINZ directly to discuss your eligibility.
