Diabetes annual reviews are completed by nurses who are skilled in diabetes management. This service is provided so patients can discuss their progress and help manage their diabetes better.
Prior to the review an appointment letter and laboratory referral will be sent out to the patient. After the laboratory tests have been taken make an appointment with the nurse.
Along with the annual review it is also expected that patients with diabetes have regular eye checks. Both the eye check and annual review are FREE.
